You must have an original birth certificate, or a copy with a raised seal for both parties. If you are a widow, a death certificate of a former spouse will be necessary. If you are divorced, you need an original document with a raised seal stating this. If you have never been married, you will need a document stating so. This is a simple process. You may obtain a notarized document from your local church stating you have never been married or you may obtain the document from the embassy. You will also need your passports and a copy of your blood test. All weddings must have at least two witnesses, either foreign or Honduran nationality, with proper identification (driver's license or passport).
