Mangrove Canal
In Jonesville, there are 2 mangrove canals.  One is natural, the other was dug many years ago to link harbors and bays in the area, enabling small boats to commute among them without the need to go into the sea outside the reef. Who built the canal is lost to history.  Some say that pirates used the natural mangrove canal as hideouts in their day.
